    AI automation in the Caribbean

SI.Sprint fixes one workflow in ten working days. Built on the business's own data, then handed to the people who already do the job.

    SI.Sprint

    One workflow. Ten working days.

Somebody on your team is retyping a WhatsApp order, then checking it against the invoice. A Sprint fixes one workflow like that. Fixed fee, scoped on a 30-minute call. Built on your own data.

Handover is the default. Your team keeps what we build and runs it. If you want us to keep improving it, there is an optional plan, with no lock-in.

    Days 1–2

    Name what eats the week

We list the workflows that take the team's time and score them on value, whether the data is there, and the risk.

    Days 3–4

Pick one and write it down

One workflow. One page: the problem, the data, the approach, and the person who owns it.

    Days 5–8

    Build it on your data

We build and test on the real email, WhatsApp, invoices and systems. Your people are in the room so they can run it after we leave.

    Days 9–10

    Hand it over, working

Your team sees it live, with the notes they need to run it. What to automate next is a later decision.

SI is short for superintelligence, which on this work means one system your own team can run after we leave.

    Proof

AI built inside my own companies

These run inside businesses I operate. I had them built for our own work: the same kind of fix, on our own data, before offering it to anyone else.

    Support ticketing

A request has an owner, inside a company I operate.

    Cash flow reporting

The cash position, assembled from records the business already keeps.

    Sales follow-up

A lead has a next step the person who owns it can see.

    Villa operations automation

Bookings and the day-to-day handoffs at The Villas Tobago, run in-house.

SI.Sprint is that same kind of work, done inside someone else's business, then handed back.
